1932 Class Trip

Students and teachers from the Terryville-Port Jefferson Station Union Free School pose for a picture before boarding a bus for the Class of 1932 trip to Albany. The trip, taken during the depths of the Depression, was probably the first of the many eighth grade trips that followed.  The two banners the students are holding reside in the Comsewogue Library's Local History archive.
